What is land share?
Land share means buyers participate in a residential project by sharing land or development rights, rather than only purchasing a finished flat from ready inventory. Each land-share listing page shows project details, unit sizes, and stage updates when staff publish them.
How do I browse properties by location?
Use the apartments or land-share listing pages, or open a location hub such as /ready-flats/uttara, /apartments/in/bashundhara, /land-share/mirpur, or /plots/purbachal. Only areas with matching published listings are indexed.
Are incomplete listings shown on the website?
No. Public lists and sitemaps only include complete Properties that have a published Apartment or Land child. Incomplete draft-style records stay off the public site.
How can I get notified about new listings?
Subscribe at /subscribe or /get-notified with your preferred locations and property types. You receive alerts when matching listings are published — not marketing spam.
Where can I see project video updates?
